As decisions were taken by the CM In Recently held meeting on 14-02-2018 of the ministry of Tribal Affairs presided by the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti are clearly aimed not only to provide administrative immunity to the land grabbers and bovine smugglers of particular religion in jammu province but, also an open invitation / encouragement to occupy and grab more lands in Jammu without fear of law and indulge with impunity in Bovine smuggling and slaughter said Ankur Sharma.
As Per the some minuties of the meeting held on 14-02-2018 under the chairperson of Chief Minister Of the state following decisions have been taken which seem to be driven by an Majoritarian, Islamo-Fascist, Hegemonic agenda of destroying the demography and cultural identity Of other religious people in Jammu Province. He also slams on the residents of Bangladeshi and rohingiya residents which are taked shelter in jammu only that they have found links with terror incidents and also have relations with militants drug pedaling and narco terrorism. As it is very unfortunate that thousands of bangaladeshi and rohingiya came illegally came in jammu and they have fully involved in anti indi activities.
As they were a big threat for our future generation. As we started a campaign and requested to leave political affiliation aside and we have to join in one platform and then pressure will became on Govt and then they will send both rohingiyas and Bangladeshi residents in their own state from were they are belonging we have taked that issue one year before with Governor of the state Shri N.N Vohra that the Rohingiyas and Bangladeshi are big threat for us in Jammu we have to return them in their own states.
As he also told that we are not against any religion what is legal and illegal in law we are doing that under the rules and regulations of law. We are demanded Govt that as they also accepted it in assembly that they are living illegally in jammu state as ministry of home affairs sent written letter in which guidelines had been written that as soon as possible who are living in J&K State or in Jammu illegally identify them and take steps to decode them. But its very unfortunate that till now not anykind of step was taken by the Dp CM of state govt. He also said that rohingiyas have connections and also Govt Have accepted it in assembly that rohingiyas have affiliation with that terror attack on Sunjwan army base camp in Jammu.
As now the youths of jammu awarded about it and we will not be silent now as Govt is deaf on it. Now we warned govt that if you will not take steps on it then we start our lawful, non- violence and peaceful movement and it will not stop at one place we will start march in every districts till all the non residents will not send back to their own places from were they came.
Decisions Which Have Been Taken by Mehbooba Mufti Chief Minister Of J&K State In That Meeting.
(1) The Cm Directed The IGP Jammu, PoliceAuthorities and all the deputy Commissioners not to provide any police protection for eviction of the tribals without the approval obtained from Tribal Affairs department. This essentially means that the provisions of CrPC,RPC Land Revenue act, and oyher penal laws of the criminal justice system shall not be invoked against the tribals (Gujjar / Bakarwals) even if they commit a crime under the express provisions of the penal Laws.
(2) CM also directed the officers that till a formal tribal policy is formulated and issued. Tribal population shall not be disturbed / dislocated. In case it becomes absolutely necessary to dislocate any member or family tribal population the same should be done in prior consultation with the tribal affairs department. This essentially means that all those tribals who are infamous for encroaching state,forest, and private lands especially in Hindu dominated areas will be able to do it with impurity ans active support of the state machinery backed by the chief minister herself.
(3) The CM directed the authorities that the given the misuse of section 188 RPC and animal cruelty act against the tribals in a situation when animal rearing is their profession and they required to transport their animals from one place to another the authorites should take due care while dealing with such cases this essential means that tribals who are infamous for carrying out bovines smuggling and cow slaughter will be able to do it with impunity without fear given the active backing of Mehbooba Mufti. Hindus of Jammu can no longer be hoodwinked and are well aware that an islamist agenda is unfolding fast in the Jammu region spearheaded bu the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti . Hindus / Sikhs / And Dogras of Jammu Are face to face with a war like situation endangering their cultural and religious identity. They cannot overlook the various dimensions of the demographic assault on jammu which started with ethnic cleansing of hindus from the valley;funded and subsidized colonization of jammu, Kathuaa, Sambha, Udhampur, regularizing fraudulent lanf grab through Roshni Act, denial of Minority rights to Non-Muslims of J&K. Illegal Immigrants ( Rohingyas and Bangladeshi Muslims) in Jammu, induced Migration of muslims from Kashmir and encouragement to grab more lands without the threat of any governmental action.
